1.1 The Tailwind Nutrition Australia Customer Loyalty Program ("Program") is open to individuals who create an account and make purchases through our official website. 

1.2 Membership is free and available to customers residing in Australia. 

1.3 By enrolling in the Program, members agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Earning Points 

2.1 Members earn 1 point per $1 spent on qualifying purchases. 

2.2 Special promotions may allow members to earn additional points per dollar spent on specific items or product lines: 

• 1.25 points per $1 spent 

• 1.5 points per $1 spent 

• 2 points per $1 spent 

2.3 These promotional earning rates will be communicated via email, website announcements, or other official Tailwind Nutrition Australia communication channels. 

2.4 Gift card purchases do not earn points. 

2.5 Subscription orders earn points each time a scheduled renewal payment is processed, based on the purchase amount of the recurring order.

3. Redeeming Points 

3.1 Points can be redeemed for discounts on purchases made through our official website. 

3.2 Members may redeem a maximum of 400 points per transaction, equating to a $40 discount. 

3.3 Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Expiration & Account Activity 

4.1 Points do not expire and will remain valid as long as the member maintains an active account. 

4.2 An account is considered inactive if no transactions occur within twelve (12) months. Inactive accounts will lose membership status, and any accumulated points may be forfeited. 

4.3 Members can reactivate their account by making a qualifying purchase, at which point their previous points may be reinstated at Tailwind Nutrition Australia’s discretion.

5. General Terms 

5.1 Tailwind Nutrition Australia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. 

5.2 Any fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of these Terms and Conditions may result in account termination and forfeiture of points. 

5.3 Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the member who earned them. 

5.4 Tailwind Nutrition Australia reserves the right to correct errors in point allocations and redemptions.

6. Email Subscription Requirement 

 

6.1 To earn and redeem Loyalty Points, members must remain subscribed to Tailwind Nutrition Australia's email communications. 

6.2 Unsubscribing from our emails will result in the loss of access to accrue or redeem Loyalty Points and to receive exclusive offers or updates. 

6.3 Staying subscribed ensures full access to rewards, promotions, and program-related notifications.
