Love it, have been using in a variety of longer uphill tempo sessions and moderate long runs up to 5 hours. The ginger flavour is refreshing when working hard, and tastes natural. Have had absolutely no worries finishing a 500ml flask of the high-carb (90g) and when working hard, look forward to drinking it. Finished a 5hr run recently fuelling with this and the lemonade flavour for variety, finished the run feeling stronger than usual, definitely give it a try!
