    A fuel that works and is easy to work with

    I came late to understanding how much correct fuelling does for performance and recovery. So I researched and tried a few and tailwind was the clear winner. Easy to prepare easy to drink easy to clean up. I used to come back from a fifty k ride shattered. So I engaged a coach who also include a grams per hour fuelling guide. My research indicated a couple of top brands but I found some were hard to mix, left a glue like residue and promoted mould. Tailwind was different . In combination with my coaches guidance to go from an icu in hospital back to and within six months to performance I hadn’t seen since ten years prior. Fuelling and recovery were key to this progressive build. The mandarin and tropical flavours are my favourite. I will give a special call out to the birthday cake recovery fuel . I wish I’d had this fuelling and coaching in place years ago.

    Awesome Nutrition

    Tailwind is such awesome nutrition, the recovery mix really helps after those long runs, and I couldn't imagine running a trail without it!
